His background includes the support of IT Services and Resources on Casino Vessels, Land Based Gaming Facilities, Hotels and Office Complexes.

Prior to joining MRA, Frank was Vice President – Information Technologies for more than ten years at Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. He was responsible for every aspect of the Information Technology function.  He set corporate IT and property IT direction and standards in support of the core business systems, property IT operations, and information and network security.

Frank was the Vice President Information System Mid-South Region and Director of Technology for Caesars Entertainment for more than six years where he was responsible for all aspects of the regional Information Systems function.

Frank started his Information Systems and Technology Career with IBM Corporation in Atlantic City. For more than seven years as an Account Systems Engineer he was responsible for AS/400 (iSeries) System Engineering support and project management to the local business unit’s portfolio of clients.

Frank is a graduate of University of Delaware with a B.S. – Business Administration
